Soft, lightly glazed brioche buns toasted to order for structure and bite. Need alternatives? We offer a vegan bun on request, with the same hold and stamp of approval.

Your choice of jerk-marinated chicken breast. Seasoned with allspice, thyme and a measured Scotch bonnet warmth, then seared hot for a crisp edge and juicy centre.
Handcrafted Sauces
Crunchy lime slaw, pickled red onion and melted cheese as standard, finished with fresh lettuce. Upgrade with crispy plantain or charred pineapple for that proper Jerk & Sizzle finish.
Innovative Toppings
Signature jerk glaze for depth, balanced with lime-garlic mayo (or vegan mayo). Prefer sweeter heat? Add our pineapple-chilli jam. Heat levels available: mild, medium or hot.
